RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LEASING

The residential management division of Wheatland handles leasing and management of single-family and smaller multi-family properties.  Under a contract management agreement, Wheatland provides the following services for a variety of property owners:

• Residential Leasing Services - advertising, showing, rental agreement execution, inspections

• Financial Management & Reporting - receipt of rents, payment of applicable expenses, monthly owner reports, late rent notices & follow-up

• Maintenance Management - maintenance calls, work-order processing, repair work, contractor coordination and supervision

Our property management staff maintains current information on Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant Laws, Lead Paint Disclosure, Smoke Detector Requirements and other regulations governing property management.
